Axinite (Fe) with Quartz-

This is a very rare, large plate of ferronaxinite from the mines at Dal’negorsk, with sharp crystals sprinkled with Quartz, splaying out from the matrix in all directions. It is, despite its size, nearly pristine. These specimens were found in the late 1990s.
